These terms are an agreement between you and [LEGAL ENTITY NAME] ("Verus Trading," "we," "us"). By creating an account or using Verus Trading, you agree to them.

1. Software you control

Verus Trading is software that you control. It is not investment advice, and we are not your financial adviser, broker, or fiduciary. Nothing in the app is a recommendation to buy or sell any security.

2. You set the limits and arm the bot

You choose your own limits and settings, and you arm and disarm the bot yourself. The bot only acts on your account at your direction and within the limits you set. You are responsible for the settings you choose and for watching your account.

3. Trading risk

Trading stocks and other securities involves risk, including the possible loss of some or all of the money in your account. Automated trading can lose money quickly. Only trade money you can afford to lose.

Past results do not guarantee future results. Any performance shown in the app, including your own results, does not mean you will earn the same results in the future.

4. Fees

Verus Trading charges a flat monthly subscription fee. We do not charge per-trade fees. Your broker may charge its own fees under its own terms.

5. Your money and your broker

Verus Trading never holds your funds. Your money stays in your own brokerage account, in your name. Alpaca is the broker; it holds your account and carries out your trades under its own agreement with you. You connect your Alpaca account through Alpaca's own login page, and you can remove our access from Alpaca at any time.
